you time to embody the material over the course of the training.

Weekend 1: October 12 & 13
Weekend 2: November 16 & 17
Weekend 3: December 7 & 8
Saturday Sessions will be held from 11am - 7pm
Sunday Sessions will be held from 12pm - 7pm
Everyone is welcome to take the Nia White Belt Training; no experience is required.
A live Nia class will be taught each day of the training as part of the training

If you decide that you want to teach Nia, the Nia White Belt is your first step.
To be a teacher, after completing the Nia White Belt,
you will need to enroll in the Nia Teacher Membership, which is an annual fee of USD $396.
Teacher Membership gives you a teaching license and materials to learn how to teach the Nia class.
Nia White Belt Training takes you on a journey of self-discovery by exploring the art of sensation. Beginning with the Joy of Movement, you learn 13 principles for body-centered awareness. Each principle teaches you a variety of somatic skills for connecting to physical sensation in your body. Through the science, craft and art of sensation, you will learn Nia's body-centered approach to health, wellness and fitness. Crafting with sensation is the starting point for all Nia teachers. The Art of Sensation is what brings magic to the Nia class experience.
Payment Policy
All trainings will be confirmed 30 days prior to the event start date. Nia Technique recommends all customers wait to purchase any travel or accommodations until the event has been confirmed.
The price of the Nia White Belt Training is $1,599 (USD) plus tax where applicable. The fee for the training is split into two payments as noted below:
Retake + Audit Policy
Any belt graduate may retake a training they have previously completed. The fee to retake the training with France-Laude is $499 USD. Please check with France-Laude first to see if there is space. If there is, you need to contact NiaHQ to register and to pay the registration portion of $99. The $400 balance of the Instruction Fee of $400 can be sent via PayPal. France-Laude will send you the PayPal information once you are registered. Any belt graduate may audit up to three principle sessions for free.
Cancellation + Transfer Policy
Registration and instruction fees are non-refundable. Should you cancel your registration more than 30 days prior to the training start date, the registration fee will be credited to your Nia account. Should you cancel your registration less than 30 days prior to the training start date, you will incur a cancellation fee of $250 which will be deducted from your registration fee. The remaining balance will be credited to your Nia account.
The cancellation policy regarding your instruction fee varies by trainer. Please contact your trainer for more information.
Intensive trainings purchased at sale prices are not transferable or refundable. Should you cancel your registration less than 30 days prior to the training start date, you will incur a $250 cancellation fee which will be deducted from your registration fee. The remaining balance will be credited to your Nia account. Trainees who are unable to attend the purchased sale intensive may apply their credited funds toward another training and pay the difference in price.

- Instruction Fee: Upon registration, your trainer for this event, France-Laude Gohard, will be in contact with you. She will also invoice you for the Instruction Fee and any applicable tax 30-days prior to the training start date. Based on the location of the event, the Trainer may invoice you in local currency at the current exchange rate with the USD.
